New ProFurl furler supply and installation
We supply and install Profurl furlers. A comprehensive range of products meeting your needs and all sailing applications. These reliable and performant systems requires no maintenance.
• Flying sail furlers NEX, SPINEX for Asymmetrical spinnakers up to 400 m2, SPINEX Top down furler, NEXe Electric furler, flying sail furler, Nex2.5 Swivel Lock Design to protect the NEX spools, swivels and swivel locks, protection covers, tack plate, NEX Hybrid swivel hooks, NEX hybrid, NEX Str Staysail furler, and motorised flying sail furlers cover wide range of applications.
• C290, C320, C350, C420, C430, R250, R350, R420, R430,R480 and below deck versions and accessories for new and older Profurl models are available. Cruising models for boats from 5 to 26m, with colourless anodised round reefing foils. Regatta models for boats from 6 to 20m, with black anodised oval reefing foils.
• Pro AM Structural Furlers, Smart Toggles -4T wireless load sensor to improve the boat performance by measuring in real time luff tension.
• If your yacht is already equipped with a manual furler, using conversion kit allows you to go electric. NDE2 / NDH2 Motorised Furlers designed for boats from 14m. NDH2 Hydraulic available in 4 models for boats from 14.50m to 22m. We also convert existing Profurl furlers to motorised available models.

Rig inspection
We assess potential weaknesses in rigs and rigging of any age or configuration. Our detailed rig inspection service includes inspection of the standing rigging, terminals, fittings, pins, mast and boom, gooseneck, furling gear, sheet cars, blocks, clutches, lifelines and running rigging. During a rig check we inspect every element of the rig for anything that looks out of place or is showing signs of wear or misalignment.
We provide a detailed report of our findings, including suggestions for any additional parts and work required.
During the rig survey, component of the rig visually inspected to find damaged parts and items may cause issues. Rig survey reports reflects our observations and come with recommendations supported with visuals. Reports could be used for insurance purposes. For vessels seaworthiness and insurance purposes, rig inspection is an essential.
Our swaging machines are Lloyd's Certified and are matching inductry standards.
Rig tuning
Mast should be properly tuned to match sailing characteristics of the yacht and sails carried. Our rig tuning work carried considering vessel and standing rigging type. We frequently receive reports from our customers stating that their yachts performance greatly increased after tuning. Properly maintained standing rigging will make your passage safe and comfortable for you, your family and your crew.

Sheave Replacement, Doublers, Reefing Fixes, Furling Gear Solutions, Electronic Upgrades. Whether you need a repair to your mast or spars or your furler gear isn’t running as smoothly as you would like, we are well equipped to solve all manner of rigging problems.
Using materials from premium quality Stainless 316 Grade wires in 1x19, 7x19 and Compact strand, we have in house hydraulic swaging machines approved by Lloyd's, along with mobile swaging machine to serve in remote areas. Dependent upon the project, we source our Terminals and Turnbuckles from approved and respected manufacturers.

Mast step and
un-stepping
For rig replacement, repairs, service and maintenance, we have efficient method of laying the mast on the ground. Following to mast installation we tune the rig. We offer spar removal and installations service to suit your requirements. We provide crane services for all sizes of masts.
Rod and
Synthetic rigging
Rod rigging requires periodic service at 40,000 to 60,000 sailing miles or 6 years, whichever comes first. We service and carry NDT (Non Destructive Testing) on rod rigging. To undertake the NDT, we have to unstep, strip & clean the rods and components. Rod rigging parts get mirror polish before test carried. Our rod provider for Nitronic 50 or Sanrig 80 uses special hydraulic cold heading press, capable of cold forming the toughest headings on rod up to 60 mm diameter.
Furler, winch and clutch servicing
We supply and fit replacement swivels, drums, and damaged / broken foils on all makes of furling gears. Let us know if you are experiencing difficulties furling or unfurling your main or genoa.
We offer, complete strip down, clean, inspection for signs of damage, wear or corrosion, rebuild with new pawl springs and lubrication and any other parts required. Servicing winches improves their longevity and performance.
Clutches gets least attention on most yachts. To prevent damage to halyards, correct sizing should be used. Our clutch service includes spring, cam and parts replacement and refurbishment.

Hydraulic service
We are experienced in hydraulic rigging systems. We service backstay adjusters, boom vangs, control panels and central pump units driving numerous onboard hydraulic units. Along with new installations, we are able to flush the entire system, re-gas hydraulic units and overhaul / refurbish / service hydraulic units. A370 Hydraulic Integral Backstay Adjuster
Ergonomics meets economics. The new Navtec Series 9 Integral incorporates several key design features while keeping to the high marine standard that Navtec is known for. The Series 9 design moves the hydraulic feed tube inside to give the unit a sleek look. The pump piston size has been increased to 1⁄2” to increase flow, which produces the faster action needed for today’s modern mast. The Integral is designed to be used with the Integral Toggle. Available with a black or a clear finish.
